La Magia

Winner of the Best National Short Film Award at the Tecnológico de Monterrey Short Film Festival 2022, Magic is in the words of director Julio César Vazquez Ruíz: A celebration of the LGBT+ community, a tribute to Mexican golden cinema and a vindication of melodrama.

To accompany the short film, the original song "Somos Magia" (We Are Magic) was performed, which pays homage to the anthems of the LGBT+ communities of the 70s and 80s.
